Coaching With Mindfulness


Now is the moment of Power: Your deeds of yesterday are history; your dreams of tomorrow are not real – you do not know what it holds, but this very moment is very real and in front of you for you to use it most positively, wholesomely for your betterment.

Coaching with Mindfulness is an ancient approach to balance your life/Presence. This method which I have been developing and studying has proven to be a powerful tool of discovery of oneself. Through this method you could have a great opportunity of awakening from the “life” you think you have to the Life you really are. Mindfulness Coaching is watching things moment by moment, continuously. It is observing all phenomena - physical, mental or emotional - whatever is presently taking place in the mind. One just sits back and watches the show.

 

buddhaMindfulness is the observance of the basic nature of each passing phenomena. It is watching the thing arising and passing away. It is seeing how the thing makes us feel and how we react to it. It is observing how it affects others. In Mindfulness Coaching , one is an unbiased observer whose sole job is to keep track of the constantly passing show of the universe/client within. In Mindfulness coaching, one watches the universe within. Through Mindfulness Coaching , one's field of study is one's own experience, one's thoughts, one's feelings, and one's perceptions. One is one's own laboratory. The universe within has an enormous fund of information containing the reflection of the external world and much more. An examination of this material leads to total freedom.

The use Mindfulness in couching one  experience an improved sense of control over their  own physical sensations. Frequent mindfulness users also begin to notice an improved sense of  control over their thoughts (a growing ability to think with more intention and  to pare down the types of racing thoughts that anxiety brings about. If you find yourself worrying all the time, being easily distracted, or feeling overloaded  with information, this effect will be particularly useful to you)

Similarly, mindfulness brings awareness and one can experience an improved sense of  control over their emotions. If you often feel moody or irritable, or become frustrated more easily that you wish, mindfulness meditation is a fantastic way  to develop a more balanced and enjoyable emotional life.

Meditation is best understood as a state of 'mental silence' in which one is fully alert and aware but free of the unnecessary thoughts or worries that lead to many of life's day to day stresses. This state of silence occurs spontaneously when one learns how to focus on the experience of the present moment, leading to a state of peace and calm. Through a simple process, known as Self-Realisation (kundalini/awakening) this meditative state can be quickly established, maintained and, most importantly, enjoyed.

Meditation is simply a technique for relaxing the body and calming the mind. Learning to be quiet and still of mind is not always as easy as it sounds. Through meditation you are able to create well being for your mental, spiritual, and physical health. Regular meditation teaches you to still the mind and body, once calm you are able to find your centre and your focus which allows you to make room for your day-to-day life. Meditation enables you to bring order to confusion and conflicting stress around you. Making it easier to deal with each demand without stress or feeling overwhelmed.

Meditation is a tool for change. By applying a consistent effort (practice can be brief but needs to be regular) we free ourselves from our limiting habits. In meditation, we learn not to react habitually to experience, but to respond creatively to what comes to us. Some unhelpful habits may be relatively superficial and easily altered; others can be very deeply ingrained and will only shift incrementally over years. However, fully developed, tradition says, meditation leads to insight into the nature of Reality.

Diminish destructive emotions and habits and increase your emotional intelligence.

Find greater clarity of mind and focus in all you do.

Develop a more compassionate, kind and loving nature.

Appreciate and improve your ability to master the art of happiness.

Improve your ability to deal with major life crises in your work, health or relationships.

Develop greater confidence in all facets of your life.

Manage conflict with less distress and fewer confrontations.

Find a better balance between your work and personal life.

Improve your ability to manage continuing health problems including severe physical pain.

Become more in tune with your environment, family and friends.

Put the bounce back in your step and the enjoyment back into your daily life.

Enjoy meditation for the sheer pleasure of it and.

Get a really good night's sleep.

 

 

When you focus on just one thing, something remarkable happens. You will notice your mind starting to chatter frantically, trying to distract you into a thousand and one different intriguing thoughts and away from your point of focus.

I will guide you through a meditation that is specific to you incorporating other beneficial modalities. You will experience a deep sense of peace and a tranquil state of mind and body.
