Professional Fees
Before beginning with your Coaching programme, I will hold a 35 minutes consultation with you. This will underline the starting point of your Coaching programme. My fee for this introductory Coaching consultation is £50. This is payable prior to our meeting via cheque or PayPal.
My session rate is £75 per session. If you book for four sessions I can offer, free of charge, one telephone coaching consultations of 45 minutes and supported by exercises . All payments must be received in advance of the agreed session dates, in order for coaching to proceed.
I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
I meet my private clients mostly in my office at my home in Canary Wharf. If travel is required, disbursements are recovered from clients. No disbursements are engendered without prior client approval.
Typically each coaching session lasts for one hour and is flexibly scheduled at a time to fit a client’s needs at a location of choice. When appropriate, I will coach for longer periods.
When I am retained to coach young people under 16, I require a parent to be present and a full approval from the client in question.
Coaching sessions are typically scheduled weekly. Sometimes, two meetings a week are arranged for the first few weeks of an engagement. Most clients participate in weekly coaching for three or four months. Thereafter, it is usual to have support and review consultations spaced out throughout a year. Please NOTE this scheduling information is a guide only as client needs vary and flexibility is required.
Telephone Coaching:
Telephone coaching can provide a cost-effective, intensive and focused alternative to face-to-face meetings. It avoids the need for the client or coach to travel, saving time and expense. Usually the calls session will last one hour. As the session will be held over the telephone, you will Telephone me or use Skype, at a mutually agreed time, and the session takes place entirely at your convenience. You should agree at what time the call is to take place and also the duration of the call. Please ensure you find a confidential and relaxed space where you can do some uninterrupted focused thinking.
In some circumstances I hold group consultations dedicated to particular challenges or issues.
Corporate:
I have corporate schemes in place - offering discounted prices on therapies for your employees. Please contact me for further information.
Meditation Sessions:
Many meditation clients come to my personalised meditation therapy because they prefer the individualized attention one-on-one sessions allow. The meditation can be specific to their particular needs. These private meditations sessions are designed to deal confidentially with each person's individual life problems and challenges and are tailor-made to client requirements. All sessions are of one hour duration and cost £75.00 per session. For couple or group meditation sessions, please contact me.
Clients are required to execute a simple, standard and non-contentious contract.
